Copyright reports

How to report material on SuiteCue that infringes a copyright. SuiteCue is a product of Rentals Radar Inc.

Report infringement

Send a written copyright report to hello@suitecue.com. Include:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act for the owner.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work, or a representative list if the report covers several works on one site.
  3. Identification of the material claimed to infringe, with enough information for SuiteCue to locate it, such as the exact page address and the account or business name.
  4. The reporting party’s name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that the reporting party has a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the report is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that the reporting party is authorized to act for the owner.

What happens next

SuiteCue reviews a complete report promptly and may remove or disable access to the material. The account that supplied the material may receive a copy of the report and information about the counter-notice process.

Counter-notices

A person whose material was removed by mistake or misidentification may email a written counter-notice to hello@suitecue.com. Include:

  1. A physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the removed material and where it appeared before removal.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed or disabled because of mistake or misidentification.
  4. The sender’s name, mailing address, and phone number.
  5. Consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate U.S. Federal District Court and acceptance of service from the person who submitted the original report or that person’s agent.

SuiteCue may restore the material as permitted by law unless the original reporting party tells us it filed a court action seeking to restrain the material.

Repeat infringement

SuiteCue may suspend or close accounts that repeatedly infringe copyrights in appropriate circumstances.
