Terms of service

The rules for using SuiteCue, written to be read.

Last updated 10/04/2026

Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and SuiteCue (“SuiteCue,” “we,” or “us”). By creating an account, booking an appointment, or otherwise using SuiteCue, you accept them. If you use SuiteCue for a business, you confirm that you can bind that business to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use SuiteCue.

The service

SuiteCue is software for salon suite buildings. Owners and operators manage suites, tenants, and rent. Pros run a booking page, a calendar, a client list, and payments. Clients book with a pro and may get a time-limited door pass by text. We describe features on suitecue.com, and we may add, change, or remove features over time.

Accounts and roles

  • Give us accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • Keep your sign-in methods, including passkeys and email access, secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
  • Owners are responsible for the managers and pros they invite, and for the settings they choose for their building.
  • Tell us right away at hello@suitecue.com if you think someone else is using your account.
  • Clients do not need an account to book.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Break the law or use SuiteCue to harm, harass, defraud, or deceive anyone.
  • Send spam or messages the recipient has not agreed to receive.
  • Share a door pass, use another person’s door pass, or use a pass to enter outside your appointment.
  • Let anyone into a building who does not have a pass or permission to be there.
  • Probe, scan, or test the security of SuiteCue, or try to get around its limits, except as allowed on our security page.
  • Overload the service, scrape it, or reverse engineer it.
  • Upload content that is illegal or that you do not have the right to share.

Door passes and building access

A door pass is a convenience. It is not a guarantee of entry, and SuiteCue is not a security service. The building owner is responsible for the building’s locks, access hardware, and the vendors they connect to SuiteCue. Door passes depend on third-party systems that can fail or be offline. Where a building turns on a fallback, we use it, but we cannot promise any door will open every time.

Payments and fees

  • Payments are processed by Stripe. By taking or making payments through SuiteCue, you also agree to Stripe’s terms that apply to you, including Stripe’s connected account terms for pros and owners who get paid.
  • Client payments for services go to the pro’s Stripe account, less any processing and platform fees that apply. SuiteCue does not hold a pro’s funds.
  • Owners pay SuiteCue per location, as shown on our pricing page or in your agreement with us. Pros inside a SuiteCue building use SuiteCue without a subscription fee.
  • Rent is an agreement between the owner and the pro. SuiteCue helps collect it but is not a party to any lease and does not set rent, fees, or late charges. The owner sets them.
  • Cancellation, deposit, and refund policies for appointments are set by each pro. Disputes between a client and a pro are between them.
  • You are responsible for any taxes that apply to you.

Text messages

SuiteCue sends text messages about appointments, door passes, and rent. By giving your mobile number and agreeing, you consent to them as described in the SMS terms. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.

Your data

Pros own the client lists, notes, and appointment history they put into SuiteCue. Owners own their lease and building records. You give SuiteCue permission to host, process, and show that information only as needed to run the service and as our privacy policy describes. You can ask us to export or delete your data, subject to records we must keep by law.

You are responsible for having the right to put information into SuiteCue, including the consent you need from clients to contact them.

Our software and brand

SuiteCue owns the software, the SuiteCue name and wordmark, and the design of the service. These terms give you the right to use the service, not to own any part of it. If you send us feedback, we may use it without owing you anything.

Third-party services

SuiteCue works with services we do not control, such as Stripe, Telnyx, door-system vendors, and calendar providers. Their terms apply when you use them, and we are not responsible for how they operate.

Termination

  • You can stop using SuiteCue and close your account at any time. Owners can cancel their subscription as described in their plan.
  • We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if you do not pay what you owe, if your use puts people or the service at risk, or if the law requires it.
  • When a pro leaves a building, the owner can end that pro’s access to the building. Future appointments are cancelled with notice to clients and their door passes are revoked.
  • Sections that by their nature should continue, such as payment obligations, disclaimers, limits of liability, and governing law, continue after termination.

Disclaimers

SuiteCue is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted or error free. SuiteCue is not a salon, a landlord, a payment processor, or a security provider, and we are not responsible for the services pros provide or the condition of any building.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, SuiteCue will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data, arising from your use of the service. Some places do not allow certain limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Indemnity

You agree to defend and reimburse SuiteCue for claims brought by others that come from your misuse of the service, your content, or your breach of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute about these terms or SuiteCue will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you and SuiteCue agree to those courts’ jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new date, and tell account holders by email or in the app when a change is significant. If you keep using SuiteCue after a change takes effect, you accept the new terms.
