What if my building has no smart lock?
SuiteCue still works. The universal fallback puts your own entry instructions on the pass, so every client knows where to go and how to get in. If you add a smart lock or an access system later, you can connect it then.

Clients enter their mobile number to book and agree to receive texts about that booking, such as the confirmation, the door pass, and reminders. Clients can reply STOP at any time. The SMS terms spell out the details.

Pros can import their client list from GlossGenius, Vagaro, Square, or a CSV file. We are working out the owner side of migration with design partners. Tell us what you use on the design partner form and we will tell you what carries over.

A text confirming the booking, with a link to the pass. Before the appointment window the pass counts down. Inside it, the pass turns green and shows the PIN, QR code, or unlock link for your door, with an I'm here button. There is no app and no account.
Do pros pay?
Pros do not pay a subscription and there are no marketplace commissions. Owners pay per location per month. When a client pays by card, card processing applies through Stripe Connect, and the rate is published with the plans.
