Program name

The program is called SuiteCue. SuiteCue sends text messages on behalf of the salon suite building and the pro you booked with or rent from. These terms apply to every SuiteCue text message program you take part in.

Message types

If you are a client

• Booking confirmations, changes, and cancellations.
• Appointment reminders.
• Door passes: a time-limited PIN, QR code, or unlock link for your visit.
• One-time verification codes.
• Requests to fill out a form or waiver for your appointment, and receipts or fee notices.

If you are a pro or building staff

• Rent notices: invoices, reminders, and payment results.
• Invitations, and alerts about your account or your building.

How you agree

You agree to receive these messages when you give your mobile number and accept text messaging on a booking, sign-up, or account screen. We record the time of your agreement and where you gave it. You can withdraw your agreement at any time by opting out.

Frequency and costs

Message frequency varies by appointment and rent schedule. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.

Opt out with STOP

Reply STOP to any SuiteCue message to cancel. We will send one message confirming that you are opted out, and then no more. You can also opt out at suitecue.com/sms/opt-out. To start receiving messages again, agree to text messaging the next time you book or sign in.

If you opt out, you will not get reminders or door passes by text. An appointment you have already booked is not cancelled by opting out.

Carriers

Wireless carriers and the companies that deliver messages for them are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

We use your phone number only as described in our privacy policy. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Your use of the program after an update means you accept it.
